But if that seems too hard, try these five tips that will help you feel better today . 1 Sleep well for seven to eight hours. If you don’t, you are at risk for weight gain, increased blood sugar and blood pressure, a depleted immune system, and more health concerns. 2 Move daily. Get your heart rate up before the day gets away from you. If you only have 10 minutes, it’s better than nothing at all. What type of exercise is best? The kind that you will do!
