Diabetes Prevention
Program
w w
Classes begin in February. Dates and
times will be chosen in response to the
needs of those who enroll.
If your blood sugar has been creeping up,
your doctor may have told you that you
have pre-diabetes. The good news is that
if you act now, you can prevent or slow the
progression toward type 2 diabetes.
This program is recognized by the Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention and uses
small group classes and coaching to help
you make changes that are proven to slow or
reverse the onset of type 2 diabetes.
